<p>Join in the Greenspace Easter Event on Newington Green ~ meet the Easter Bunny and Maisie the Cow&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<h3><strong>Children's Fun Activities</strong></h3>

<li><strong>Easter Bunny and Egg Hunt </strong>(with free cream eggs)</li>
<li><strong>Egg and Spoon Race </strong></li>
<li><strong>Easter Egg Decorating </strong></li>
<li><strong>Story Telling </strong></li>
<li><strong>Arts and Crafts......... </strong></li>
<li><strong>Maisie the Cow </strong></li>
</ul>
<h3>Growing Communities</h3>
<p><a href="http://www.growingcommunities.org/news-events/index.htm">Growing Communities</a> is a social enterprise comprised of local people, that runs the Stoke Newington Farmer's Market on Church St. Their Milkfloat and Maisie the Cow (not a real one!) will be coming to Newington Green with information about the organic Farmer's Market and the local organic food box scheme.</p>
<h3><strong>Adults ~ </strong><strong>We need your help!</strong></h3>
<p><strong>International Year of Biodiversity 2010</strong></p>
<p><strong>Come and help NGAG Volunteers support biodiversity and plant some beautiful&nbsp; wildlife-friendly flowers.</strong> We will choose pollen and nectar-rich plants that will attract and support bees and beneficial insects; some may feed birds as well.</p>
<h3><strong>NGAG&nbsp;Stall with Give-Aways </strong><strong><br />
</strong></h3>
<p>(Donations are always Welcomed)</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Rowan Tree Whips ~&nbsp;</strong>to plant in&nbsp;your own garden (Donated by BBC Breathing Places)</li>
<li><strong>Cotton Shopping Bags </strong>~ so you can stop using harmful plastic bags (Donated by BBC Breathing Places)</li>
<li><strong>Sustainable Water Savers </strong><strong>and Water Hippos</strong> ~ reduce water use&nbsp;in your toilet&nbsp;(Donated by Thames Water)</li>
<li><strong>Wildlife Stickers and Bird Toys for the Children</strong> ~ we have a limited number of these</li>
<li><strong>Wildlife Boxes</strong> ~&nbsp; These will include bird boxes and some red mason bee nesting boxes, as part of our WING project. Red mason bees (<em>Osmia rufa</em>) are safe around children and pets, so are perfect to encourage in our small gardens - and you will be helping our bees to survive.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Refreshments at the Kiosk<br />

<p><strong>That Place on the Corner </strong><strong>will </strong><strong>be launching 'That Place on the Green' </strong>and will be adding to the festivities.</p>
