<p>This colourful fungus was growing in the wood chip paths on Newington Green and lying next to it is a piece of bark from a plane tree with lichen on it.</p>
<p>Many fungi are poisonous.This one has not been fully identified yet but is probably a poisonous species. Please keep safe and do not touch any of the fungi that are growing on the Green and elsewhere at the moment.</p>
