Professor Clare Midgley Talk
Professor Clare Midgley, who has recently been appointed as the President of the International Federation for Research in Women's Studies, gave a fascinating talk at Newington Green Action Group's AGM in 2010 in which she argued that it was highly appropriate for us to erect a memorial to the early feminist, Mary Wollstonecraft, on Newington Green, London.
Prof Midgley's kindly allowed us to include a copy of her talk here, which may be found in the attachment below.
