Please Help Newington Green Action Group put a memorial to Mary Wollstonecraft on Newington Green.

The sculpture will not only be a much overdue memorial to an extraordinary and influential woman, it will also help to bring the history of Mary Wollstonecraft and her relationship to Newington Green, alive to all who see it.  

Erecting a substantial memorial, possibly a sculpture, will continue the regeneration of Newington Green by attracting visitors to the area, who will bring more trade to our struggling local traders.

We need to raise around £260,000. Every little donation helps!

Donations will go into the 'M W Memorial ' account set up with the Charities Aid Foundation, CAF Bank.
