WWF Earth Hour 2010 ~ Switch Off for Climate Change ~ 27 March

The WWF is asking people to switch off electrical appliances for just one hour on 27 March, in order to say we are serious about doing something in the face of climate change.

Get out the candles - have an evening sitting without lights, TVs, computers and other non-essential appliances that use electricity. We can all make changes that will help preserve our limited and precious resources so that we move to a more sustainable life-style. Consider what life would be like if we get power shortages in the future.

Have Fun - the WWF have quizzes to download that you can use on the evening with friends and family. Or you can encourage your local pub to have a special Earth hour Quiz Night.
